  • You have not used more than 20% of your monthly credits

  • The service does not function as described

1.2 Annual Subscriptions

For yearly subscription plans, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase under the same conditions as monthly subscriptions.

After the initial refund period, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund based on unused months, at our discretion.

1.3 Renewal Refunds

If you forgot to cancel before a renewal date, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal period, provided you have not used any credits during the new billing cycle.

2. Credit Package Refunds

One-time credit package purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. However, exceptions may be made if:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after significant credit usage (more than 20% of allocated credits)
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Third-party service issues outside our control (payment processor errors after successful processing)
  • Price changes or promotional offers (existing purchases at previous prices)

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Going to your account's Billing page and clicking "Manage Subscription"
  • Using the Stripe Customer Portal

4.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to all features and remaining credits until that date
  • Unused advanced credits expire at the end of the billing period
  • Your account reverts to the free Basic plan after expiration

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:
